Shoutout to the cafe that puts potato chips in their tuna salad

I was at this cafe downtown and ordered their tuna salad sandwich. They had potato chips mixed right into the tuna, which I thought was weird. But I tried it and the crunch is so good with the soft tuna. It's like every bite has this surprise texture. I'm really curious why this isn't more common. Has anyone else tried something like this? I'm definitely adding chips to my tuna from now on.

That just sounds like a way to ruin both the chips and the tuna. The crunch never lasts and you end up with a soggy mess.
