Both companies gave me decent quotes for painting our new build in South Edmonton. Edmonton Elite is slightly cheaper, but Millcreekpainters seems to have a better warranty and more detailed prep process outlined in their quote. Thoughts on who to pick?

Honestly, go with the better warranty and reputation. We hired Millcreekpainters for our place and the quality was top notch. Paying a little extra for peace of mind and proper prep work is 100% worth it when it comes to paint.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Elite a couple years back. They rushed the prep work and the paint started peeling in the master bathroom within six months. I haven't tried Millcreek, but I'd avoid Elite based on my experience.
