Shoutout to the guy who told me not to trust the ceiling tiles at the Newark mall
I have been exploring dead malls for about 3 years and always walked right under the skylights without a second look. Last month at the old Livingston Mall in New Jersey, a guy named Ray pointed out that the ceiling tiles near the food court were sagging from water damage and had probably been sitting there since the place closed in 2019. I started checking every ceiling before I walk under it and already found two more spots like that at a mall in Paramus. Does anyone else check the ceilings first or is it just me now?
