The free food court ice machine nearly killed my camera in Jersey
Honestly, I was exploring the dead Galleria in Somerset last weekend and got way too excited about the old Orange Julius counter. I set my bag down on the floor to grab a better angle of the neon sign and the entire ceiling tile above me dropped, right onto my shoulder. The tile was soaked and full of black mold, and it splashed all over my lens before I could even blink. I spent 20 minutes wiping it off with my shirt and now the autofocus is making this weird grinding noise. Has anyone else had a building just, like, actively attack them while you're trying to shoot?
