Appreciation post: the guy at the Milwaukee airport who showed me his phone and changed how I think about AI
I was waiting on a delayed flight to Denver back in April and the guy next to me was using this app that listened to his voice and wrote his whole email in about 8 seconds. He told me he runs a two person landscaping company and the app drafts all his quotes now, which saves him maybe 5 hours every week. What stuck with me is he said "I don't know how any of it works, I just know I get my evenings back." I've been messing with AI tools since then but nothing has clicked like that moment did. What's the one AI thing that actually stuck for you after you tried a bunch of others?
