Just saw an AI that can guess your age from a photo of your hand

I was reading a research paper from a university in Seoul and they claimed their model can predict age from hand images with 95% accuracy. Found it while looking into medical AI stuff for a project. The system uses skin texture and vein patterns, which is kinda wild to think about. Has anyone else come across AI that reads biometrics in unexpected ways like this?
