Ran a local bakery's orders through a free AI scheduler, saved 11 hours last week

We just kinda threw the invoice list at it to see what stuck and it regrouped everything by oven capacity. The owner in Columbus said it looked like a slow week until I showed him the old spreadsheet side by side. Has anyone else hit a boring task that turned out way better automated than expected?

Wasted three hours naming the scheduler "Oven Boss" before I even loaded it.
