Saw a weird AI art installation at the Denver airport last week

It was this big screen showing landscapes that changed based on the weather outside (they had a live feed). The thing is, you could see the AI struggling with the rain, making the trees look like melted plastic. Has anyone else run into public AI art that just doesn't quite work yet?

Oh the rain breaks them? That's cute. I've seen a light drizzle take out a whole block's internet for a day. The real fun starts when the weather can't decide between rain, hail, and sunshine all in ten minutes. The systems just give up. It's like they get confused and have a full meltdown.
