I set up a custom GPT to handle customer support emails for my small Etsy shop last Tuesday and for two SOLID days it answered 47 messages without a single error. No angry follow-ups, no refund requests from confused buyers. Then on Thursday it told someone their order was delayed when it had already shipped. Has anyone else had these wild success streaks with AI agents that make you think 'this is it' before everything goes haywire?
