The cashier at my grocery store laughed when I said AI could write a better meal plan than me
Last month I spent 40 minutes building a meal plan by hand, cross checking sales and macros and my kid's picky list. Then I fed the same info into a free AI tool and it spit out a full week of meals in about 12 seconds flat. I hated it at first because it felt like cheating, but the plan actually fit my budget better than mine did. Now I still build one by hand every Sunday just to keep the skill sharp. Has anyone else found that the AI plan works fine but you keep doing it the old way out of habit?
