The morning my AI scheduling bot double booked me with my dentist and my boss
I spent six months using an AI scheduling tool for my home service business, thinking it was saving me hours each week. Then last Tuesday, it put a client appointment at 10 AM and a team meeting at 10 AM on the same day. I showed up to both and looked like a fool. Tipped me off when I checked the settings and saw I had never set any business hours or buffer times between jobs. The AI was just guessing based on my calendar entries from years ago. How do you all handle training these tools on your real workflow without it taking more time than it saves?

Jokes on me, I literally just asked Siri if I needed a jacket before looking out the window. (Spoiler: the window was right there.)
