TIL that running AI image prompts through a color filter check caught my bad lighting issue

I was working on a proposal for a client's website redesign and kept getting these weird shadows in my AI generated mockups. A designer friend pointed out that the color values were off on the edges by like 15%. I started running every image through a basic histogram tool before showing clients and now I catch those issues early. Has anyone else had their AI output look fine until you actually check the technical specs?

You ever stop and think about how many people just slap an RGB profile on everything without a second thought? I see it all the time in forums - folks post their work and the colors are way off because they never bothered to check the color space before hitting generate. Half the time they don't even know what sRGB or Adobe RGB means, let alone which one to use for print versus web. It's like driving a truck with the fuel gauge broken - you might get somewhere, but you're just asking for trouble down the road.
