Tried an AI scheduling tool for 3 weeks and it almost cost me a client

I thought I was being smart by hooking up this AI calendar system that auto-books meetings based on my availability. Sounded great until it double-booked me with a guy who drove 45 minutes to my office in Austin. He was not happy. Learned my lesson the hard way - these things still need a human watching them or you end up looking like a clown. Any of you had similar fails with automation?

Buffer times help but they don't fix the core problem (human error on setup).

Have you tried setting buffer times between meetings? That fixed it for me.

I feel you on this one. I tried 10 minute buffer blocks between every meeting for a whole month last year and it still didnt save me from a few complete setup meltdowns. The buffer helps with running late but it doesnt fix the moment when you realize you loaded the wrong deck or forgot to hit record for the 3rd time this week. Its like the buffer is a bandaid but the real fix is double checking everything before you even open the calendar invite.
