Tried an AI tool for drafting lease renewals and it actually saved me 3 hours this week

I was sure it would mess up the legal language but it caught a clause I usually miss, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar surprise with AI in an unexpected part of their job.

Well I'll be darned, that's exactly what happened to me last month. I let an AI tool handle my tenant reminder letters and I was ready to rewrite everything. But it spotted a fee schedule I'd accidentally left out of the renewal packet. That alone saved me from a nasty phone call. I guess these programs are getting better at catching the small details we just glance over after doing this for years.
