Update: That AI customer service bot I tested last month just lost me a $2,000 order

I set up a chatbot from a startup out of Austin last week to handle inquiries, and it ended up telling a client their order was cancelled by mistake, so now I'm stuck fixing the mess manually over the next 3 days.

Wait, the bot actually cancelled an active order on its own?

Three weeks back my bot on Binance did the same thing with a LINK order I had set at $14.50. It just cancelled it around noon and I lost the position before it jumped to $15.20 an hour later. I still don't have a clear answer from support about why. @the_pat if you want to check the logs in your account dashboard you might see a reason code pop up there. Make sure your API settings don't have auto-cancel enabled for stale orders either cause that got me once before. For me it felt like the bot was trying to protect me from something but it just cost me money instead.
