Warning: Don't trust AI transcription for HVAC repair notes

Three months ago I was on a roof in Phoenix. Had my phone recording a tricky blower motor diagnostic. Let the AI transcribe everything. It turned "muffled bearing noise" into "muffin bearing noise." Cost me an extra $80 on the wrong part.

My buddy sent a work email that said "please fart the report" instead of "forward.

Happened to a buddy of mine who runs a small auto shop. He used AI dictation for a customer's oil change notes and it wrote "farted transmission" instead of "flushed transmission." Guy came back furious thinking we insulted his car.
