Hit 500 posts in the 'Anime of the Season' thread and it made me check my habits

I was just scrolling through my history and the number really jumped out, made me realize how much time I spend debating shows I don't even like. Anyone else get a shock from a forum stat that made them step back?

Checked my total hours logged on a game tracker once. Saw a number over two thousand. Used to brag about it, but that day it just felt like a waste. Made me uninstall a bunch of stuff right after.

I get calling it a waste, but those hours weren't empty. You built skills in those games, like problem solving or teamwork. Some of my best online friends came from grinding a game for years. It's not just a number, it's a chunk of your life with its own value.
