I used to binge entire anime seasons in one weekend, now I stretch one episode across a whole week

It started when I caught up on Attack on Titan and had nothing left to look forward to. These days I'll watch one episode of a show like Vinland Saga on Tuesday and sit with it until Friday why rush through good writing?

Wait, does anyone else feel like this is just a natural part of getting older with anime? I remember being in high school and staying up ALL night to finish a 26 episode series. Now I'm lucky if I watch two episodes of Frieren in a week because I keep pausing to think about what just happened. Sometimes I even rewind a scene if the music or animation was really good. It's kind of nice actually, like savoring a good meal instead of scarfing it down.

Wait you REWIND scenes? I don't think I've ever done that once.
