Just spent $72 on a single anime BD volume and the disc art is upside down
I preordered the limited edition of a show I really like from a shop in Austin. Paid $72 after shipping. Took 5 weeks to show up. The chipboard box has a dent in the corner. The booklet has a typo on page 4. And the disc art is literally printed upside down. I contacted support and all they said was 'that is how the printer ran that batch.' No replacement. No refund. I have three other volumes from this same publisher and none of them have this problem. So now I'm stuck with a busted $72 shelf piece or I pay another $15 to ship it back for store credit. Anyone else get a messed up LE from a small distro and actually get them to fix it?

My buddy got a bent LE box once and they just sent him a new one after he posted pics.
