The guy at my local anime meetup in Austin kept calling my favorite Gundam series a kids show
So last Saturday at the Austin Public Library anime meetup, this guy named Derek looked me dead in the eye and said Zeta Gundam was just a toy commercial for 8 year olds. I tried explaining the whole thing about Kamille and the Titans and how it gets really dark, but he just laughed and walked off to the shonen table. Why do some fans act like anything with giant robots is automatically for little kids?
