Dude, my buddy went through three of those things in two years. The last one died right after the warranty ended, and Samsung just shrugged. He ended up buying a whole new fridge from a different company because he was so done. That number just proves they're totally fine selling a broken product.

Used to think it was just bad luck when mine broke. Seeing that number makes it clear this is a real design flaw they won't fix. It's not about a single broken unit anymore. That's a pattern of ignoring a known problem. Changes how I see the whole brand, honestly.
