I told my guy in Tulsa to quit replacing sway bar links on every car, and the comeback rate dropped from 12 a month to zero
You can guess which one actually fixed the noise, because the greaseable links he kept reusing made it 40k miles while the new sealed ones started clunking again at 8k.
