That moment I learned the hard way about brake fluid hygroscopy
Out in Phoenix last August, my buddy's trailer brakes locked up on the I-10 ramp. I cracked the bleeder and the fluid looked like iced tea with floaties. Three months of sitting in humid desert air did that, and swapping the master cylinder and flushing the lines took me a full afternoon in 110 degree heat. Anyone else ever skipped a flush on a stored rig and paid for it later?
