So this was at my old office job in Columbus about 2 years ago. My manager Gary lost his mind because his fancy $60 stapler went missing and he accused me of taking it right in front of everyone. I grabbed my phone and locked myself in the bathroom stall for like 40 minutes pretending to be sick, just scrolling reddit until he cooled off. Turns out the stapler was in his own desk drawer the whole time but he never said sorry. Anyone else ever just hide from a boss instead of dealing with them?
