The night guy at my old warehouse job in Dayton told me he clocks out 20 min early every shift and nobody has caught him in 3 years
I was new and stressing about getting written up for being 2 minutes late when he laughed and showed me his trick of swiping out at 5:40 instead of 6. Made me realize half my stress was just me being scared of rules nobody actually enforces. Has anyone else had a coworker casually admit something like that and it just rewired your brain about work?
