Can we talk about Hudson Hawk and why it's actually fun

Everyone I know trashes this movie, but I watched it again last week and had a blast. The heist scenes synced to music are dumb in the best way, and Bruce Willis is clearly having fun with the tone. My buddy in Chicago called it unwatchable, but I think critics just missed the joke. Has anyone else enjoyed a so-called bomb that everyone else swears is terrible?

Wait, did your buddy in Chicago actually watch the whole thing or just the first 20 minutes? Because that opening with the Vatican stuff has to be seen to be believed.
