Hit my 50th viewing of 'Battlefield Earth' and I'm not sorry
I know, I know, everyone hates this movie. But last weekend I watched it for the 50th time and actually counted on my fingers to be sure. It started as a joke with my buddy Mike back in 2018 and now it's this weird comfort thing. Something about how over the top bad it is just makes me laugh every time. Anybody else got a movie they've watched way too many times just because it's fun to hate on?

'Started as a joke with my buddy Mike' - that's exactly how I got hooked on The Room. My friend showed it to me during a rough week and now I've seen it maybe 30 times. Something about bad movies being a shared experience makes them way more watchable than good ones, in my opinion.

Brought a six-pack over to @piper_reed's place and we just tore through it laughing at every awful line, works every time.

Pour out one for all the lines that hit just a little too close to home while being completely ridiculous. There's this one part where he just stares at the camera for way too long, and you can tell the actor was fighting back laughter. We did the same thing last month with The Apple, that disco movie from the 80s, and I swear we finished two bottles of cheap wine before the halfway point. Something about bad movies just brings out the best drinking games, you know?
