My buddy called 'The Room' a boring mess, but that's exactly why I watch it every year.
He said the acting was flat and the story made no sense, which is fair. But after hearing that, I started looking at it like a weird play put on by friends who mean well. Now my group in Seattle does a yearly watch where we cheer for the plastic spoons and quote every line. Anyone else have a movie that's bad in a good way?

Wait, you watch it every year? Simonb92, that's a special kind of torture. I couldn't even finish it once, the camera angles alone made me dizzy. You must have a will of iron to sit through that mess annually.

Funny you mention camera angles, my wife tried to watch that movie once and got so motion sick she had to lie down for an hour. I think the worst part for me is the color grading, everything has this weird greenish tint that makes it feel like you're watching through a dirty fishtank. Last time we did our annual viewing, my crew foreman brought his new girlfriend and she thought it was a comedy, kept laughing at all the wrong parts.
