Rewatched the 2017 Mummy movie and actually had fun with it this time

I was scrolling through Peacock last Saturday and saw The Mummy with Tom Cruise was on there. Everyone I know trashes it like it's the worst action movie ever made. But I put it on while folding laundry and honestly I kind of got into it. The plane crash scene is actually pretty cool and I laughed at some of the dumb jokes. I read on Wikipedia that it cost like $125 million to make and barely broke even at the box office. I never saw it in theaters because the reviews were so bad. Has anyone else gone back to a movie later and found stuff to enjoy that everyone else hates?

Wait... you actually watched that whole thing without falling asleep? I tried twice and ended up scrolling my phone the whole time.

Try watching at 1.5x speed, @bennett.patricia - way easier to stay awake.
