Just realized my used parchment paper is still good for another batch or two

How clean is it? I reuse mine for multiple batches of cookies if it's not too greasy. I just make sure there aren't any burnt bits or tears, and it works fine for another round. It saves a bit of money and feels less wasteful.

My kitchen habits would probably horrify a professional baker. I've reused the same parchment sheet until it starts looking like a used napkin, which is maybe why my cookies sometimes taste faintly of last week's salmon. There's a fine line between being thrifty and just being lazy, and I'm never quite sure which side I'm on. At this point my recycling bin is just for show.
