Let's talk about using a kitchen scale for measuring flour instead of cups

I finally got fed up with my cookies coming out different every time. Bought a $15 scale off Amazon last month and started weighing my flour. Night and day difference. My dough is consistent, my crumb is even, and I'm not guessing anymore. Anyone else make the switch and never look back?

Right? I was in the same boat with my bread coming out dense one week and airy the next. Picked up a little digital scale after watching a baking channel on YouTube and it totally changed my results. No more guessing if I packed the cup too tight or left it too loose. The dough feels the same every time and I actually enjoy baking now instead of getting frustrated. All my baked goods have been on point since I stopped using measuring cups for flour. Honestly can't believe it took me this long to do it.

Did you stick with a brand or just grab whatever cheap scale had decent reviews? Always curious if the $20 ones hold up over time compared to the pricier ones.
