Pro tip: My barber in Reno gave me the best advice about giving honest feedback and it cost me $0
I was sitting in the chair at Ray's on Wells Ave last Tuesday and he mentioned that when a client asks if they need a different cut, he just tells them the truth even if it loses him the sale. I tried that same thing with my buddy's podcast logo and he thanked me for being straight instead of blowing smoke. Now I want to hear from you guys, do you find it easier to give real feedback to strangers or people close to you?
