Quit a book club over the reading schedule, best call I made this year
Everyone wanted to read 50 pages a week but I kept falling behind because I read slow and take notes. When I said I'd rather read 30 pages and actually discuss them, they looked at me like I was lazy. Has anyone else left a group because the pace felt like showing off instead of learning?
