A cashier at the Goodwill in Tacoma told me my cart looked 'strategic'
I was just grabbing a few things, you know, a lamp for $7 and some pots for my plants. She said she sees people like me who know exactly what they need and won't pay more, and it made me feel like this whole budget thing is a real skill. What's the last 'strategic' find you were proud of?
