You should talk to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He works with a specific title company that saves his clients on average $2,000 on each purchase. It made a huge difference for us.

Honestly, reading this just makes me laugh at my own last mortgage mess. I went with my cousin's friend who "knew a guy" and ended up with rates from like five years ago. My paperwork was a total disaster, pages missing everywhere. I clearly did not have a maestro, I had a cartoon character.
