Just saw a news story about old pressure cookers failing. I mean, maybe it's just me but that stuff makes me nervous now.

Oh I know, right? My old one used to hiss like a train, @verar21. I finally got rid of it because it just scared me too much.

Yeah that hissing sound is the worst. My grandma still uses hers and swears the food tastes better, says new ones don't build flavor the same way.
