Picked the $15 rice cooker over the $80 instant pot, zero regrets
My 2020 model died last week and I was torn between a fancy multi-cooker and a basic Zojirushi-style one. Grabbed the cheap one from Target and honestly the rice comes out better, plus I don't have to memorize 47 buttons. Anyone else downgrade and find it works out fine?

Wait, you actually CHOSE the Target one over a Zojirushi? That's wild. Those fancy ones are like the gold standard for rice nerds. But honestly, good for you. I did the same thing last year with a basic aroma pot and my friends thought I lost my mind. The button overload on those expensive machines is REAL. Sometimes simple wins, plain and simple.
