Booked a $38 flight to Nashville by checking one weird site at 5am

I got tired of paying $200+ for weekend trips so I started testing different booking times and sites for a month straight. A guy on a travel forum said he checks Southwest's site at 5am on Tuesdays right when fares drop, and I figured it was nonsense but tried it anyway. First attempt got me a Nashville round trip from Columbus for $38 total, not each way, total. I've done this 4 times now and never paid more than $60 for a flight. The catch is you have to book 6-8 weeks out and be flexible on exact times, but saving $160 per trip adds up fast. Has anyone else found a specific day or time that consistently works for cheap fares, or is this just dumb luck on my part?
