DAE find that sleeping on aunt's couch cuts costs but kills the vibe?
Honestly, bunking with family members like siblings or cousins can slash hotel bills to zero, which is huge for keeping trips affordable. Tbh, it often means dealing with cramped spaces, different schedules, and potential arguments over simple stuff like bathroom time. Ngl, last summer we saved hundreds by staying with my brother, but the constant noise from his kids made it hard to relax after long days of sightseeing. What's your take? Is the financial win worth the family friction?

Witnessed my pal crash at his aunt's place last year to save on a Vegas trip. He figured free lodging meant more cash for shows, but her strict no-shoes-inside rule and early bedtime routine killed any spontaneity. Like, they argued over air conditioning settings every night, and he ended up sleeping in a stuffy sunroom. In his case, the financial win felt hollow without the freedom to unwind, but take that with a grain of salt.

Honestly, crashing with family is half the fun of traveling! Sure it gets messy, but that's where the best memories happen and you save so much for actually doing stuff. Way better than some lonely hotel room.

Pfft, after Anthony's sunroom saga, you gotta laugh at this "family friction" drama.
