I finally figured out why my carry-on was always so heavy!

I was packing for a week in Lisbon and my friend asked if I was bringing bricks, which made me look at every single item. Has anyone else had a lightbulb moment about overpacking?

Honestly, what was the one thing you ended up taking out? I always pack way too many shoes, tbh.
