Just realized packing cubes aren't just for organized people
I spent 3 days in a Barcelona hostel last month with everything stuffed loose in my backpack and wasted 20 minutes each morning digging for socks. My friend loaned me her set for the next trip and I found my charger in 5 seconds flat. Anyone else resist these things for years before caving?

Caved last year after a buddy elbowed me and said "told you so" @wrenh65. What got me was realizing they're not just for packing, they're for unpacking too. Like you get to the hostel and just toss the whole cube in a drawer instead of making a mess. Saves time both ways. I used to think they were just another thing to buy but honestly they cut down the mental load of traveling. Now I won't leave home without them.
