My town's library started lending out museum passes, and it's changed how I plan day trips.

Saw it as just free entry before, now I get the crowd control too.

What's really interesting is how it spreads out the crowd... museums get slammed on weekends, but now you see more families there on a random Tuesday. It takes some pressure off the busy times and makes the whole experience less rushed for everyone. Libraries are basically doing free crowd control for these places without even trying. That quiet Wednesday visit feels more special than a packed Saturday ever could. Makes you wonder if other towns will copy the idea just to manage visitor flow better.

Weekday zoo visits doubled thanks to our library's pass program.
