PSA: My friend in Lisbon argued that cheap flights are a trap
He said the $89 fare to Madrid was pointless because the airport is so far out, you'll spend that on transport. Anyone found a good rule for when a 'cheap' flight is actually worth it?

Check if the flight lands at a smaller, closer airport instead.
