My grocery store in Toledo finally put price tags on the clearance rack

After three years of guessing if that dented can of beans was 50 cents or 2 dollars, they now have a little yellow sticker system, so I grabbed $14 worth of stuff for $5.80 today, has anyone else noticed stores near them doing this or is mine just getting organized?
