Shoutout to the $22 rice cooker that beat my $130 one
My old rice cooker died in March so I grabbed a $22 basic one at the Asian market on Bellaire in Houston just to get by. Turns out the cheap one cooks better rice than the $130 fuzzy logic model I had for 4 years, no burnt bottom, no setting to mess with. I think the fancy one was trying too hard and the simple one just does the job. Anyone else find a cheap version of something that works better than the pricey one?
