Small win: found $45 in forgotten grocery savings at Aldi this month

I started shopping at the Aldi on 4th Street three weeks ago and noticed their produce prices are way lower than the big stores. Last week I grabbed a bag of oranges for $2.50 that would have been $5.99 at my usual spot. Adding up the savings on just my basic staples came to $45 this month. Has anyone else found a new store that unexpectedly cut their grocery bill?

Wait are you telling me you actually saved $45 in one month just by switching stores? That's wild. I mean I knew Aldi was cheaper but $45 seems almost too good to be true for just produce and basics. Maybe I've been wasting money at the big chains this whole time and never realized it.

My buddy saved even more when he switched, said his cart went from 80 bucks to 45 at Aldi.

I read Aldi saves people like 30% on average.
