My old journal from a rainy weekend in Seattle is basically a time capsule

I was cleaning out a closet and found my first bullet journal from about 5 years ago. I started it during a really wet weekend in Seattle when I was stuck inside. Looking through it now, it's so different from how I do things today. Back then, I had a spread for everything, with fancy lettering and colors that took me hours. I even tracked my water intake in ounces, which was way too much work. Now, my journal is just a simple notebook with rapid logging and a monthly calendar. That old journal shows me how I used to focus on making it look perfect instead of it being useful. I'm curious if anyone else has looked back at their early setups and had a similar 'what was I thinking' moment.

Kept mine for a while but it just gathered dust... Flipping through it once was enough to feel that old nostalgia. Ended up recycling it to clear some space.
