Swapped my monthly spread for a rolling weekly last spring and it actually works

The monthly was too much dead space but a rolling weekly cut my planning time from 20 minutes to 5 and I still track everything - anyone else ditch one layout for another and stick with it?

Stick with a rolling weekly for a few months and you'll never look back. I started using one last summer because my monthly spread always had these huge gaps where nothing was happening and I felt like I was wasting paper. Now I just flip to the next clean page whenever this one runs out, sometimes one week takes a page and a half, sometimes I cram two slow weeks onto a single spread. The best part is it killed my habit of planning stuff too far ahead and then forgetting about it, I only put things down when I know for sure they're happening. Definitely beats staring at all that empty space and feeling like you need to invent tasks to fill it.

Does that flexibility ever make it harder to keep a consistent overview of the month, @the_cole, or do you just not care about that anymore?
