Was totally against weekly spreads but now I kinda get it

For like 2 years I was a strict daily log person, thought weekly layouts were a waste of space. Then last month I had a work retreat in Portland with back-to-back meetings and no time to set up my dailies. I tried a simple weekly spread with just a vertical line for each day and it actually helped me see my whole week at once. Has anyone else changed their mind about a certain layout after giving it a real shot?

Kinda makes you wonder why we fight certain tools so hard when they might actually work, right? There's this pattern I see everywhere where people swear off something until a situation forces them to try it and then they're like "oh wait". Like my dad railed against slow cookers for years, said they were for lazy cooks, then his shoulder surgery had him using one and now he won't shut up about his pulled pork. It's funny how stubbornness masks as preference when really we just haven't hit the right circumstances. Your retreat forced your hand and now you're seeing the weekly spread differently.

Ngl @sammoore, stubbornness ain't always wrong though - some tools are just not worth the hype.
