Wasted $45 on a fancy stencil set for my weekly spreads

Saw these pretty stencils on Instagram. Looked perfect for my weekly layout. Got them in the mail and the measurements were off by like 2mm. Now my boxes don't line up and it drives me crazy. Anyone else get burned by buying trendy journaling tools online?

Hold on, 2mm off? That would drive me absolutely nuts. I had a similar thing happen with a cheap budget tracker stamp, the lines for the days were just slightly crooked. It made my whole weekly spread look like it was tilting to one side and I couldn't unsee it. Sorry your fancy stencils turned out to be a total letdown.

Agree with @thomas275 on this, 2mm is plenty to throw things off. Used to think expensive stencils were worth the hype but now I just stick with a ruler and a steady hand. Nothing beats the trial and error of finding what actually works for your own setup.
